Return & Refund Policy

At GYPSY GYM we want every order to support your practice, not complicate it. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights, our process, timelines, and the conditions that apply when you return an item purchased on gypsygym.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read this policy in full before requesting a return.
This store and all orders are operated and fulfilled by GYPSY GEMS LLC, 2576 Saint Paul Street, Indianapolis, IN 46203, United States.
1. Our 30-Day Return Promise
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a defective or faulty product (see Section 7).
We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives so that any issue can be reported promptly and resolved quickly.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed, in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, accessories, manuals, dust bags, or free gifts that came with it.
- The item shows no signs of use, damage, alteration, or wear beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
- You can provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, order confirmation email, or receipt).
- The return request is made within the 30-day window described in Section 1.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or to reduce the refund amount if an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, for example if it has been used, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, and in line with standard retail practice, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once they have been opened or used, unless they are faulty:
- Reusable water bottles and any drinkware that has been used or had its hygiene seal removed.
- Workout gloves, straps, or any product worn directly against the skin that has been used.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Gift cards.
- Free promotional or gift-with-purchase items.
If a non-returnable item arrives defective or damaged, it is fully covered under Section 7 below.
4. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Please follow these steps:
- Contact us first. Email support@gypsygym.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please include photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Wait for confirmation. Our team will review your request, confirm eligibility, and send you return instructions, including the correct return address. Please do not send any item back before receiving this confirmation — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
- Pack your item securely. Place the item in its original packaging, with all included components, and protect it well for transit.
- Ship it back. Send the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in your return confirmation. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is complete.
Returns are processed by GYPSY GEMS LLC. The return address will be provided in your return confirmation email; please do not assume it is the same as the address printed on your package.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
- Change of mind / no longer wanted / wrong choice: the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item): GYPSY GYM covers the full cost of return shipping and any reshipment. See Section 7.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are unable to reimburse shipping costs incurred without prior agreement. If you receive a refund where return shipping was your responsibility, that cost will not be included in the refund.
We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service for returns. GYPSY GEMS LLC cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.
6. Refunds
Inspection and approval
Once your return is received at our facility, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item, and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Inspection typically takes 1–3 business days from the date we receive the package.
Refund method and timing
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be issued on our side, after which the funds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
What is refunded
Approved refunds cover the purchase price of the returned item(s). The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Partial refunds
In certain situations a partial refund may be granted at our discretion — for example, an item that is returned not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully check every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will make it right at no cost to you.
Please contact us at support@gypsygym.com within 7 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographs (and, where relevant, a short video) showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Once verified, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at your choice. We will also cover the cost of returning the faulty item if a return is required.
8. Exchanges
We do not operate a direct swap-and-exchange system. The fastest and most reliable way to get the item you want is to:
- Return your original item following the steps in Section 4 (subject to the eligibility rules in Section 2), and
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
If the item you received is defective or incorrect, we will arrange a direct replacement free of charge — see Section 7.
9. Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@gypsygym.com. We process orders quickly, so we can only guarantee changes or cancellations if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must be handled through the standard return process after delivery.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been notified that your refund was approved but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check your bank account or card statement again, as processing times vary.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay before a refund appears.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@gypsygym.com and we will follow up.
11. Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased at a discount or during a promotion are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items, unless the product is explicitly marked "Final Sale." Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded except where they are defective. Any refund on a discounted item reflects the actual price paid, not the original or compare-at price.
12. Gifts & Gift Returns
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and inspected. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
13. International Returns
If we shipped your order outside the United States, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees originally charged are non-refundable. International returns may take longer to reach us and to process. We recommend a trackable, insured method for all international returns.
14. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if a package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@gypsygym.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution depends on the carrier's findings, but we will work with you to reach a fair outcome.
15. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice, to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The version published on gypsygym.com at the time of your purchase applies to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
16. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
