Thank you for shopping with GYPSY GYM. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and ship your orders, the costs and timelines involved, and what to do if something goes wrong. All orders are processed and fulfilled by GYPSY GEMS LLC, 2576 Saint Paul Street, Indianapolis, IN 46203, United States. By placing an order on gypsygym.com, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If we anticipate a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.
2. Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $60.
- For US orders under $60, a flat shipping rate is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Any applicable shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout, so you always know the total before you confirm your order.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time is the sum of the processing time (Section 1) plus the transit time below:
- United States — Standard: 5–12 business days after processing.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs (for international orders), remote delivery locations, or peak seasons such as holidays.
4. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, we will send a separate shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@gypsygym.com and we will help.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If we offer shipping to additional countries, the available destinations and rates will be shown at checkout. We are unable to ship to certain restricted locations; if we cannot ship to your address, you will be notified at checkout or by email, and any payment taken will be refunded.
6. International Shipping (If Available)
For any orders shipped outside the United States, please note:
- Delivery times may be longer and can vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@gypsygym.com — we can only update it if the order has not yet shipped.
8. Delayed Shipments
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed beyond our estimated delivery times due to factors outside our control, such as carrier disruptions, severe weather, or high-demand periods. While we cannot guarantee against such delays, we will do our best to keep you informed and to help resolve any issue. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and do not entitle you to a refund of shipping charges for delays caused by the carrier.
9. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and with neighbors or your building's mailroom, and allow 1–2 days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@gypsygym.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf and work with you toward a fair resolution.
10. Damaged Items in Transit
We package every order carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@gypsygym.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Please keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.
11. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment, and you will not be charged extra for split deliveries.
12. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time, without prior notice, to reflect changes in our practices, carrier options, or for legal or operational reasons. The version published on gypsygym.com at the time of your order applies to that order.
